Hongxin Intelligent HXM3EZ series electronic molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) is a new type of low-voltage switching device integrating high-precision current sensing, accurate measurement and reliable protection functions, specially built for the in-depth application of distribution Internet of Things in transformer areas under the new power system. Adhering to the innovative design concept of primary-secondary separation and modularization, its secondary modules support hot-swapping, allowing flexible replacement and convenient maintenance, which greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance costs.
This circuit breaker is suitable for low-voltage power grids with AC 50Hz, rated insulation voltage of 1000V, rated current of 100A~630A and rated working voltage of 400V or below, and can meet the power consumption needs of various scenarios such as industrial power distribution, construction engineering, data centers and photovoltaic systems. Equipped with an industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor and a high-precision analog-to-digital converter, it not only has three-stage protection functions including overload long-time delay, short-circuit short-time delay and short-circuit instantaneous protection, but also can accurately measure operating parameters such as total and phase-specific active power, reactive power, power factor, voltage, current and frequency. Meanwhile, it supports intelligent functions like contact temperature measurement and protection, topology characteristic signal transmission and identification, voltage qualification rate statistics, power quality analysis, event recording and real-time reporting.
The product has a built-in miniaturized power carrier module and is equipped with local RS485 and carrier dual communication interfaces, which can seamlessly connect with the intelligent integrated terminal of the transformer area to realize efficient transmission and remote monitoring of power distribution data. The measurement module on the front of the circuit breaker is equipped with multiple indicator lights such as operation, communication, alarm, active/reactive electric energy pulse, making the operation status clear at a glance and facilitating the staff to grasp the equipment working conditions in real time.
In terms of working environment adaptability, the product can operate stably in environments with a temperature range of -5℃~+40℃, an altitude of less than 2000m and a pollution degree of Level 3. It supports both vertical and horizontal installation methods, and uses screw terminals to compress wires for firm and reliable wiring. For maintenance, professional personnel only need to regularly conduct closing, opening and tripping action tests, clean the surface dust and arc baffles, and check and tighten the connecting bolts to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Scope of Application
The HXM3EZ series measuring switch (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is a new type of low-voltage switching device integrating high-precision current sensors, measuring units and protection units. It has a built-in miniaturized power carrier module and is provided with local RS485 and carrier communication interfaces. Cooperating with the intelligent integrated terminal of the transformer area, it can support the in-depth application of the distribution Internet of Things in the transformer area under the scenario of the new power system. Normal Operating Conditions
Ambient air temperature: -5℃ ~ +40℃, with the average value within 24 hours not exceeding +35℃;
Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere at the installation site shall not exceed 50% when the ambient maximum temperature is +40℃; when the monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month is +25℃, the monthly average maximum relative humidity of that month shall be 90%, and condensation on the product surface caused by temperature changes shall be taken into account;
Installation category: Category III;
Pollution degree: The pollution degree of the installation site is Level 3;
Installation conditions: The switch shall be installed in a place free of explosion hazards, conductive dust and substances sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation, as well as a place without rain and snow intrusion;
Wiring method: Screw terminals are adopted, and wires are compressed with screws.
Function Overview
Indicator light description: The indication function is set on the front of the measuring module, including operation indication, communication indication, alarm indication, active electric energy pulse indication and reactive electric energy pulse indication.
The indication functions are as follows:
The Operation Indicator (Green) flashes once per second after power-on;
The Communication Indicator (Yellow) lights up during communication, indicating ongoing communication;
The Alarm Indicator (Red) flashes in case of overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss alarm or action;
The Active Electric Energy Pulse Indicator (Red) sends out a pulse when the cumulative active electric energy of the switch reaches the pulse equivalent value (1kWh/pulse constant);
The Reactive Electric Energy Pulse Indicator (Red) sends out a pulse when the cumulative reactive electric energy of the switch reaches the pulse equivalent value (1kvarh/pulse constant).
Measuring range: It can measure operating parameters such as total and phase-specific active power, reactive power, power factor, phase-specific voltage, phase-specific current and frequency.
The measuring range meets the following requirements:
Voltage range: 0.7Ue ~ 1.15Ue;
Current range: 0.004In ~ 1.2In;
Frequency measuring range: 45Hz ~ 55Hz;
Power factor measuring range: 0.500 ~ 1.000;
Temperature measuring range of incoming and outgoing terminals: -25℃ ~ 120℃.
