HXL-21 Power Distribution Box & Power Distribution Cabinet

This product is a new-type power distribution box designed in accordance with international IEC standards and national standards. It is suitable for use as power or lighting distribution equipment in AC 50Hz power distribution systems with a voltage below 600V, applicable to industrial and mining enterprises, commercial facilities, service industries, and civil buildings.

Structural Features

This power distribution box (cabinet) is enclosed. The outer shell is typically welded from steel plates, and can also be assembled from profiles. Electrical mounting uprights are welded on the left and right inner walls of the box. The switch operating handle is installed on the right front door of the box for switching the power supply. Voltmeters, ammeters, indicator lights, and operation buttons can be mounted on the box door, and the door can be opened for maintenance of internal equipment.

The internal equipment is installed using a bar-frame structure, which is flexible, compact, and convenient for maintenance.

Operating Conditions

Ambient Temperature: The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, and shall not be lower than -10°C. The average temperature within any 24-hour period shall not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric Conditions: The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.

Installation Site: Free from conductive dust and gases that may corrode metal or damage insulation.

Mechanical Conditions: Free from severe vibration and jolting. For vertical installation, the inclination shall not exceed 5 degrees.

Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 meters.
