The XGN15-12 indoor AC high-voltage SF6 ring network switchgear is a new generation of metal-enclosed switchgear that uses SF6 load switches as the switching element and adopts air insulation for the entire cabinet. It is suitable for distribution automation, featuring both compactness and expandability, with characteristics such as miniaturization, full parameters, cost-effectiveness, and low maintenance requirements.
This product is equipped with a "close-open-earth" three-position arc-extinguishing chamber and features "five-prevention" interlocks:
● Preventing the main switch from being opened/closed under load
● Preventing accidental entry into live compartments
● Preventing the application of earthing wires to live equipment
● Preventing the earthing switch from being energized while in the grounded position
With reliable interlocks, high insulation strength at the breaking point, a large creepage distance design, and pressure cover protection at the outgoing terminals, along with special dynamic and fixed sealing designs, and advanced technical performance with flexible assembly solutions, it can fully meet the ever-changing market demands and is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear for urban power grid equipment.
This product is used in three-phase AC 10kV, 50Hz power systems for applications in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential communities, prefabricated substations, and other sites. It is used to break and close load currents and fault currents, as well as to control and protect lines and distribution transformers.
Structural Features
The load switch adopted is an independent unit, filled with sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) gas as the insulating medium, featuring long service life, high parameters, no pollution, and low maintenance.
The outer shell is made of high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and a novel, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Spring energy storage operation is adopted, with three-phase automatic tripping and integrated "five-prevention" interlocks with the operating mechanism, ensuring safe and reliable linkage.
The ring main unit can be conveniently configured into ring network power supply units and their wiring schemes, with unlimited expandability.
Equipped with an SF₆ load switch, it has safe and reliable overall performance, is oil-free and non-toxic, and eliminates the risk of fire and explosion.
It can be designed for parallel use with KYN28-12 (GZS1) withdrawable switchgear.
