The HXGN-12 type high-voltage ring main unit is suitable for three-phase AC power distribution systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz in factories, mines, residential communities, high-rise buildings, schools, parks, etc. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, applicable to ring network power supply and terminal power supply, and also suitable for installation in box-type substations. It is a new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment required for the renovation and construction of urban power grids.
This product fully complies with standards including IEC 298 AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear for Rated Voltages Above 1kV and Below 52kV, IEC 240 High-Voltage AC Load Switch-Fuse Combinations, and GB 3906 AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear for Rated Voltages from 3kV to 35kV, as well as other relevant standards. It is equipped with reliable anti-misoperation mechanical interlocks, and the protection class reaches IP2X.
Operating Conditions
Ambient air temperature: Upper limit +40°C, lower limit -10°C.
Relative humidity: Daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%. Saturated vapor pressure: Daily average ≤ 2.2×10⁻³MPa, monthly average ≤ 1.0×10⁻³MPa.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m.
The installation site shall be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.
Structural Features
Excellent safety performance: primary and secondary circuits can be completely isolated; the main busbar chamber and load switch chamber are separated by an earthed metal plate; an earthed metal shutter is installed between the moving and fixed contact gaps of the load switch; reliable mechanical interlocks are provided between the cabinet, load switch, and metal shutter.
Easy to install and maintain, with a compact size and light weight for convenient transportation.
Simple operation with low operating force; easy to replace, and can be replaced individually.
The main switch can be installed either front-mounted or side-mounted.
In addition to vacuum load switches, the main switch (load switch) can also be equipped with compressed-air or gas-generating load switches.
