HXGC Metering Box

The HXGC1 series low-voltage energy metering boxes are designed for three-phase four-wire power and lighting metering management. They feature large capacity, with branch output switches selectable by design, and anti-electricity-theft measures. They are flexible, mobile, safe, and reliable power distribution metering equipment.

Structural Features:

The HXGC1 series metering boxes are a new type of product designed in accordance with the requirements of the national power grid renovation, adhering to the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and "one meter per household". They are suitable for energy metering in power distribution for both power and lighting systems in industrial and civil buildings.

As a new product, this series of metering boxes features a novel structure, aesthetic appearance, easy installation, convenient maintenance, anti-electricity-theft, centralized meter reading, and reliable safety. They are used for power and lighting distribution in high-rise residential communities, standardizing the power distribution configuration in high-rise residences.

This product is an enclosed distribution box. The box body is constructed from cold-rolled steel plates, with separate incoming line chamber, meter chamber, and outgoing line chamber. Both the incoming and outgoing line chambers are equipped with safety isolation operation compartments.

For this series of metering boxes, models with 20 meters or less can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted on walls, while models with more than 20 meters are floor-mounted. Cable entry holes are provided on the upper and lower side plates of the box.

Operating Conditions:

Ambient Temperature: -5°C to +40°C; the average temperature within any 24-hour period shall not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric Conditions: Clean air. Relative humidity ≤ 50% at 40°C; higher humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20°C). Consideration should be given to the potential for occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations.

Altitude: The installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.
