HX Series Complete Equipment for Construction Sites

The HX series standard distribution boxes for construction sites are designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest standards issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, including GB 7251.1 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies - Part 4: Particular requirements for assemblies for construction sites, the industry standard JGJ 59-99 Code for construction safety inspection implemented on May 1, 1999, and the industry standard JGJ 46-88 Technical specification for safety of temporary electrical utilization at construction sites.

Structural Features

The HX series standard distribution boxes for construction sites embody the people-oriented principle of the new national standard GB 7251.1-1998 (equivalent to IEC 439-4:1992), focusing on electrical safety, especially personal safety. The enclosure protection class is upgraded, measures to prevent accidental contact with live parts are added, and technical measures against indirect contact electric shock are strengthened.

Safe, reliable, and economical circuit schemes are carefully selected, paired with high-quality control and protection devices to enhance the stability and reliability of line operation, enabling better adaptation to the harsh environment and operating conditions of construction sites.

Scope of Application

Mainly used in construction sites for power distribution and control in three-phase five-wire (TNS) systems with a voltage of 380/220V and a frequency of 50Hz.

Operating Conditions

Ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, with the average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +35°C; the minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.

Ambient air relative humidity: Not more than 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), with consideration given to the potential for condensation caused by temperature changes.

The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

In accordance with the requirements of JGJ 468 Safety Technical Specification: The equipment shall be installed in dry, well-ventilated and normal-temperature locations. It shall not be installed in environments with harmful media such as gas, flue gas, steam, liquid or other substances that cause severe damage, nor in locations prone to external solid impact, strong vibration, liquid splashing or heat source baking. Additionally, it must be protected against rain and dust.
