This series of products is suitable for 10kV (6kV) AC 50Hz substations. It is a power distribution unit that integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage switchgear. It features a small footprint, simple and reliable installation, and convenient maintenance. It can be directly connected to loads, and power transmission can be achieved with a single installation. Multiple units can be combined to form different power supply modes, making it widely used in residential areas, high-rise buildings, tourist attractions, highways, industrial and mining enterprises, oilfield terminals, rural power grids in towns, and other locations.

Structural Features

The cabinet structure is diverse, constructed from high-quality channel steel, angle steel, and steel plates. Combined with advanced heat insulation principles, air duct design, and standardized processing, it not only has high resistance to solar radiation, but also resolves the conflict between ventilation, heat dissipation, and dust in non-powered exhaust box-type substations, preventing harmful condensation. This provides safe and reliable external protection for internal electrical components, with a protection class of IP43.

The cabinet top adopts a double-layer structure, offering functions such as heat insulation, moisture retention, and anti-condensation. It is also easy to lift, allowing transformers and high/low-voltage equipment to be conveniently installed from top to bottom.

The cabinet layout can be freely designed for user convenience, with options for an operation corridor and two modes: caisson and non-caisson. It is compatible with various high and low-voltage schemes, offering advantages such as a small footprint, suitability for installation in multiple locations, and easy maintenance.

The high-voltage unit can use imported common-box ring main units, domestic SF6 unit-type ring main units, or other indoor metal-clad cabinets. It has a compact structure, is unaffected by climate, offers good insulation performance, requires minimal maintenance, and is safe and reliable.

The transformer unit can adopt S9 or S11 type oil-immersed transformers according to user requirements, or SCB series dry-type box transformers or SGB series dry transformers.

The low-voltage unit offers diverse schemes. Low-voltage switches can be selected from imported or domestic circuit breakers according to user needs, and metering and reactive power compensation devices can be provided as required. It is compatible with various low-voltage schemes, truly achieving humanized and personalized design.

The low-voltage layout adopts standard series cabinets or common modular arrangements, ensuring simple arrangement and convenient installation and maintenance.
